Description

Transform hydrophobic substrate to hydrophilic, which enables any water based TiO2 liquid apply easily;

After dried, by forming SiO2 layer which is inorganic, to protect organic substrates such as painted surface, plastics, cloths, papers from UV excited photocatalytic oxidation

Photocatalyst performance is only active under the sun light, but indoor hydrophilic performance is not demanded at outside; in order to respond to this clients demands, KTP-01, SiO2 contained transparent dispersion is developed.

By its hydrophilic performance, it acts to transform substrate characteristics to easily apply our Aqueous TiO2 photocatalyst liquid products.

 

Characteristics

This may apply curing for faster dryness for hardening, but must not bake under high temperature;

It forms thin film with just a simple spray application; but the Roller application is not recommended because it should bring too much thickness.

it’s easily applicable toward no-thermal restiveness substrates, and due to the neutral pH rate, this is recommended to apply to cloths, paper, or non-woven textiles.

  • Caution for Use

  • Shake and mix within container, before use.
  • Diluted sol must be used as quick as possible to avoid the viscosity rise, and the agglomeration: diluted sol duration must be a few days after dilution.
  • If it’s need to be diluted, it must be used by only distilled water. If alcohol is used to dilute, it must agglomerate.
  • Before start application, it is recommended to apply as a test at somewhere not noticeable.
  • It is requested to read and prepare with Materials Safety Data Sheet and Product specification which shall be handed at a purchase.
