Description

Photocatalyst performance is only active under the sun light, but Anti-bacterial performance is not demanded as the outside use.

In order to respond to this clients demands, ATNLS-2G the Silver ion Ag+ contained transparent dispersion of Anatase TiO2 crystal is developed. By Silver ion performance, it acts as Anti-bacterial without UV light exposure.

There exists several competitors’ products line such as Silver contained TiO2 Photocatalyst, which mostly dispersed silver acetate to suspend Silver ion (Ag+); however, this type of silver contents may bring some problems later; those are not concerned as the chance of the oxidation transform Agto AgO, which brings dark (sometimes black) color either in the liquid or on the applied surface after dried.

In order to conquer this problem, we have injected our R&D efforts by newly creating Silver chelate compound all by ourselves. Thus ATNLS-2G is always transparent and stable.

Characteristics

This may apply curing for faster dryness for hardening, but not necessarily baked with high temperature;

It forms thin film with just a simple spray application; but the Roller application is not recommended because it should bring too much thickness.

it’s easily applicable toward no-thermal restiveness substrates, and due to the neutral pH rate, this is recommended to apply to cloths, paper, or non-woven textiles.

  • Caution for Use

  • For organic substrate, such as painted surface, plastics, cloths, papers, Primer KTP-01 use is recommended
  • Diluted sol must be used as quick as possible to avoid the viscosity rise, and the agglomeration: diluted sol duration must be a few days after dilution.
  • If it’s need to be diluted, it must be used by distilled water. If alcohol is used to dilute, it must be small ratio to be mixed, otherwise the final product agglomerates ;
  • Before start application, it is recommended to apply as a test at somewhere not noticeable.
  • It is requested to read and prepare with Materials Safety Data Sheet and Product specification which shall be handed at a purchase.
