Description

Our previous products line such as AT-01, or PSO419A are prepared as Anatase phase TiO2 crystal dispersed in the water either by Alkaline or acid as ionic dispersion, which sometimes makes difficulties to select appropriate substrates.

In order to respond to clients demands, ATN-2 the neutral transparent dispersion of Anatase TiO2 crystal is developed. This contains dispersion agent however, we select it as the food recommended grade one, so that it may bring much more safeness for both handling and application; “Gentle toward Human and Environment” is the keyword of ATN-2.

Characteristics

This may apply curing for faster dryness for hardening, but not necessarily baked with high temperature;

It forms thin film with just a simple spray application; but the Roller application is not recommended because it should bring too much thickness.

it’s easily applicable toward no-thermal restiveness substrates, and due to the neutral pH rate, this is recommended to apply to cloths, paper, or non-woven textiles.

  • Caution for Use
  • At the higher atmosphere temperature in summer, it is suggested not to apply while the surface temperature is too high: Because the evaporation urges the liquid dryness too quickly, which interrupts the liquid to level the film.
  • Diluted sol must be used as quick as possible to avoid the viscosity rise, and the agglomeration: diluted sol duration must be a few days after dilution.
  • At dilution, it must be used distilled water. If alcohol is used to dilute, it must be small ratio to be mixed, otherwise the final product agglomerates ;
  • Dilution ratio and protocol are instructed at the purchase with a document.
  • Before start application, it is recommended to apply as a test at somewhere not noticeable.
  • It is requested to read and prepare with Materials Safety Data Sheet and Product specification which shall be handed at a purchase.
